The CPF Foundation team, in collaboration with Helpage International, the Ministry of Social Protection, and Nairobi County officials, celebrated World Elder Abuse Awareness Day at Mji wa Huruma, a Nairobi County-run facility.
The event highlighted the critical importance of protecting elders from abuse. The presence of these organizations aimed to strengthen the partnership between the government and dedicated advocates for the well-being of older persons.
Together, they shared a meal with the elderly, reinforcing their commitment to safeguarding the dignity and rights of senior citizens.
