CPF Group Foundation is a not-for-profit company limited by guarantee, independent board and management. Its immediate focus is Kenya but with a view to have a regional reach.

The purpose is to drive measurable change in the care and dignity of old persons in the communities where CPF Group entities operate- particularly our members and members of other pension schemes.

Our mission is to promoting dignity in old age through impactful programs in partnerships with all stakeholders.

1. Social and economic empowerment

• Raise awareness about ageing, dispel misconceptions and promote empathy.

• Collaborate with local healthcare providers to offer health and wellness programs.

• Advocate for the establishment of silver heritage hubs

• Promote decent shelter for vulnerable older person.

2.Environmental sustainability

• Grow 100,000 trees in designated areas.

• Conduct education and training on sustainability for all staff and relevant partners

• Champion adoption of sustainability principles in programs.

3.Social and economic empowerment

• Support research and publication of options that promote health care plans for older persons.

• Participate in national and international events and contribute knowledge and expertise.

• Advocate for the development of a comprehensive social support programs

• Promote staff volunteer programs.

4. Health and Wellbeing

• To improve the health and well-being of older people and the community by training health volunteers, providing senior citizens with health programs, and promoting active lifestyles through sports and fitness events.
