CPF Foundation Celebrates Community Efforts in Chesumei Constituency, Nandi- County.

When Melly Melly of Tembea Nandi Initiative posted the story of Jane, a single mother of three from Tangaton Village in Kaptel Kamoiywo Ward Chesumei Constituency, on Facebook, he believed in the power of philanthropy and hoped that the community would respond. True to this hope, the story spread like wildfire and attracted the attention of CPF Group Foundation through Dr. Hosea Kili (GMD&CEO of CPF Group) and the public. The community, moved by the story, came together and mobilized local resources, and started the process of building a new house for Jane.

CPF Foundation responded by supplementing the community efforts. On 21st of August, the CPF Foundation team joined the community in celebrating this milestone by donating household furniture, materials for house finishing and foodstuff in order to ensure Jane and her family live a dignified life. The official ceremony to celebrate the completion and handing over of the house took place on Sunday 23rd August, 2026 with representation of local leaders and volunteers. We thank all friends, family and partners who have been with Jane in this show of true philanthropy and the love of life.

Together, let’s promote dignity for all.
